Hi. I’m having a slight issue with textures in that the model loads like the 2nd image you have above. No textures basically. I know I’m being dim here...can someone help?

Yip, there are no maps for this model. Any calls for maps you can ignore.

Hi, I work for an out source of star wars product, and I was wondering if we could use this comercial use? (Our client has the star wars licences)

You don't need my permission, you need LucasFilm division of Disney Pictures to give permission. If you have said permission, they will supply the material directly as they will want to carefully monitor any commercial representation of their (very expensive) product. So no, these models are personal use only.
