Bar stool with chrome legs and orange artificial leather. Chrome is from arch&design materials, but leather is made by me.

No 3rd party plugin needed.
In scene is only bar stool.
The other file is zipped 3D Max file with leather texture.
There is no rig and animation, but geometry can be easily rigged and objects are clearly separated.
