Model in 3ds max format contains basic materials that you can see in the preview.
The model in Luxology modo, FBX and OBJ formats contains only geometry of the model stairs, without materials. But all parts of the model have unique name and you can easy select their and customize materials.
The complete model have 116362 polygons. Only one model baluster have 2960 polygons.
3D model has been created with used polygonal modeling, without subdivs (TurboSmooth). The model has a real world scale.
