ERDE 3D Rotierendes Modell. Apollo View 3D-Modell

Earth model. Originally made in Blender (Blender Render engine). for an upcoming film project where realism was vital. the model is animated to do a 10 degree rotation on its z axis over 500 frames. (Scientifically correct direction). Included is a custom map made in photoshop designed to capture the colours as seen from the famous Apollo view of the Earth from space. This is a relatively simple model to work with, includes three spheres, 1) custom made Earth Map, 2 Cloud map (Parented to Earth map) and 3, Halo, with an additional half sphere which emits a very faint glow on the illuminated side of the planet. Includes a sun lamp which can be easily moved to suit preferences. Please enjoy!
