Eise Eisinga Planetarium 1781 This is a digital re-creation of the Eise Eisinga Planetarium in Franeker, The Netherlands in the Province of Friesland. This planetarium is built to scale where 1 mm corresponds to 1 million km. Eisinga started work on this planetarium in 1774 and finished it in 1781. This planetarium is still in working order today, making it the oldest working mechanical planetarium in the World. It shouldnt be surprising that this makes it an UNESCO World Heritage Site.
