- High detailed empty precast concrete and steel structure facility. - Originally created with 3ds Max 2010 and V-ray 1.5 sp4. USAGE: ____________________________________________ - This model was designed for use as warehouse, workshop, garage, gymnasium, industrial building and store. - It was already be adapted for crossfit and brazilian jiujitsu training, with a rubber floor and a canvas mat. If you want to use the model for this purpose, just unhide the concerning layers. - This model is suitable for use in boadcast, high res film, advertising and architectural visualization. SPECS ___________________________________________ - This model contains 214 objects. Most of them made by quads and tris only. The steel plates, wood flooring and panel, and the rubber floor was made with Ngons.. - This model contains 314404 polygons of which: 230255 quads, 72802 tris and 11347 Ngons. - The model contains vray and standard materials. - Modeled with true dimensions taken from the CAD drawings. - No third-party plugins was used. - The objects are not subdividable. - Scene objects are organized by layers and groups. GENERAL ____________________________________________ - The model was constructed in real word scale and the unit used was cm. - The model is 3368 cm tall. PRESENTATION IMAGES ____________________________________________ - All preview images are rendered with vray 1.5 SP4. - No Photoshop or compositing used. Product is ready to render out-of-the-box. - It was used a daylight system with vray sun and vray sky (included in file). TEXTURES ____________________________________________ - This model contains 58 JPG maps, ranging from 768 x 761 px to 3189 x 3189 px. RENDER SETUP ____________________________________________ - The preview images were rendered with GI on, IRRADIANCE MAP for primary bounces and LIGHT CACHE for secondary bounces. - A day light system was used as light source only. - Vray lights were used as skyportal in all opening. - The render time for interior images, considering IM and LC calculation, was aproximately 3:00 Hours.
