Energy Recovery Unit AHU The ERU (Energy Recovery Unit) is an innovative and technologically advanced design specifically created for applications that require high outside air capacity. The ERU is ideally suited for places with high dry bulb and relatively low wet bulb temperatures such as the Western United States and the Middle East. For applications in colder climates that require heating recovery the ERU can be customized with a run around coil system. Designed specifically for high outside air capacity requirements and up to 60% savings in cooling cost, ease of maintenance, and quality construction. Energy Recovery Units (ERU) is the cool solution. In applications where energy recovery is needed in colder climates, our Energy Recovery Units can be fitted with cross flow, heat pipe, or heat wheel exchangers as required by engineers. These energy recovery units are super efficient, ranging from 60% to over 100% effective in high dry bulb applications.
