Gary Comer Youth Center -Model of a Youth Center from Chicago Illinois Modeled to scale and dimensions- Site: 226'x682'. Building: 115'x216'x39'H. Tower is 80'H Building has Colored panels in Blue and Red tones as well as glass panels, green roof. Only Exterior Modeled, no interior. -Originally modeled in Sketchup, imported into 3ds Max 2015 and a lot of objects were cleaned up and remodeled. Rendered using Vray and HDRI sky, HDRI NOT included. -Colored Panels have VrayEdgesTex Modifier on them and all panels appear black in scene, they will render with color, this can be turned off by unchecking diffuse map under material to view all colors. -All objects grouped into 1 group for easy scene movement -All objects named logically -Placed at 0,0,0 Axis -All textures included -Last rendering is from Sketchup -Original Sketchup Model also included. Could be used for any infill scene with modern look.
