Historic_1900's_Church1 3D-Modell

A full sub-division model of a vintage early 1900's Church house. At the turn of the century you would find a small church in almost every American town, and this little church is modeled after the little church originally built in Louviers Colorado back in 1927. This is a full 360 turntable model with over 700 parts all named and grouped to easily ID and texture. The windows and Doors are linked and grouped to open and close as needed in your scene. A very detailed high resolution model. The shingle siding is fully modeled, but there is a base building underneath, so to lower the face count, you could simply delete the siding objects for a stucco look as well or map the siding too. All parts are subdivision with the 3DSmax turbo-smooth off in the modifier stack in the max file to make the load faster. NOTE: The FBX,and OBJ formats are ONLY saved as the base mesh [LOW-REZ], so you can add your own subdivision from the program you import the file into.
