Hausmodell - 124C 3D-Modell

This two story house has been modelled with precise measurements for exterior or interior previsualisations. It can be used to populate a scene or background. ************************************** The scene was rendered in Vray and includes all the surrounding objects in the scene, except the HDR lighting, the cameras and the trees. A few textures are also not included as they were created by another texture artist but the scene can easily replace textures and the model works fine as its UV Mapped and some objects are unwrapped. The model comes with 12 textures and 2 proxy files for some of the models assets. ************************************** The house is mid-poly as standard in the files but can be subdivided for close ups as it is mainly made of quads. - Colours and materials can be easily modifies. - No clean-up necessary for the 3D models. - The file comes with textures and materials. - The scene does not some with lights or white render room. - No plugins needed to open the model. ************************************** Formats: - 3ds Max 2010 - 2012 V-Ray and standard materials scenes - OBJ (Multi Format) - 3DS (Multi Format) - Autodesk FBX ************************************** All the best.
