High quality model of industrial manipulator. Ready for render and animation. V-ray and Corona 3ds max 2015 scenes are included. All materials are procedural. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ All geometry has non-overlapping UVs. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ TurboSmooth is already applied for Geometry layer child nodes. You may disable it or remove. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ The model has advanced rig for a very handy and quick animation. Two controllers for animation (look at the last image): contr_main (red) all geometry is linked to it. Use to move and rotate all mechanism. contr_rot (green) move it to make manipulator parts to move. Also it has Extra_Parametres in the modifier stack: Platfrom_rot: rotates manipulator along Z axis +-360 degrees; Handle_rot: rotates handle part of manipulator. It limits by +-115 degrees in order to avoid geometry self intersection. Wrist_rot: wrist rotation +-360 degrees. Clamp_Close/Open: you may guess what it does) As you can see all rotation parameters has two UI such as spinner and slider. Slider is very handy for animation process and spinner is needed to return rotation to Zero (just click RMB on the arrows near the value). Also both of controllers are freezed in the space.
