Important: Unreal engine packages INCLUDED - 4.17; 4.19; 4.20 packages supported and included; - each version has demo scene set up; - you can see screenshots taken from the demo-scenes among the previews; 2 *.max scenes with materials ready and set up for rendering with V-Ray and default Scanline renderers; Both models has two texture channels unwrapped: - first one with overlapping UV islands for the optimization of the texture space; - second one with unique non-overlapping UVs for the lightmap baking; There are several texture sets included: - Old specular non-PBR set of textures; - PBR metallic textures set; - PBR metallic set of textures packed for using with Unity 5 (including material set up instructions); - PBR metallic set of textures packed for using with Unreal Engine 4 (including material set up instructions); Textures are baked of hi-poly simulated geometry; All textures has 4K resolution; Polygon count: sofa - 6358, armchair - 4032; Vertex count: sofa - 6406, armchair - 4124.
