Beschreibung
A MEMS (Micro Electro Mechanical System) mirror that can be rotated in two dimensions to precisely control an incoming light beam's direction of reflection. It is packaged in a format similar to an integrated circuit chip.
Comb drive actuators use electrostatic forces to move the mirror.
The modo model is split into a number of parts, with pivots, to allow the mirror to be animated.
