Minigolf Loch 5 3D-Modell

This is a high-detailed low poly model of a mini golf course. The model is game ready, meaning it has a low polygon count consisting of quads and tris, clean geometry, real-world scale, object centered at 0,0,0, it's properly named, the textures are all in square resolution, yet detailed enough for close renders and suitable for vizualization projects. The model was created in Autodesk 3ds Max 2012, and was rendered using mental ray renderer. There are 5 textures included, all in square resolutions. The model is grouped and properly named. All files should open without errors and contain scenes ready to render with textures, materials already set. Scene lightning and background are not included.
