This is multiple render engine supported scene. ( V-Ray- Redshift) This is detailed 3d model of a Modern house. High resolution and realistic, fully detailed and textured model. File contains all the light settings and render settings, you can direct rendering. V-Ray plugin was used for rendering, some materials and lights. All textures are included, though some materials use Cinema4D`s procedural maps instead of bitmap. Preview images were not corrected in post. Features: All colors can be easily modified. All textures and materials are included and mapped in every format. No part-name confusion when importing several models into a scene. No cleaning up necessary, just drop your models into the scene and start rendering. No special plugin needed to open scene. This scene is handy to use and easy to modify. Materials, textures, objects are clearly named in English. Models are separated on layer, very easy to work with.
