Created with Maya with both Vray and Arnold renderer (separated files). File unit is in centimeters models are accurately scaled to represent real-life object's dimensions. The model comes in three editable polygon object mesh properly named and positioned in the center of coordinate system. Mesh has very low polycount only: 7291 faces & 7244 verts. Also included camera and light on both Vray and Arnold files. Height 97 length 222 width 102. Texture resolution 4096x4096 for all sofa textures also included 1 HDR file and brass metal gloss\bump with resolution of 1500x1380. All textures are properly named and assign to shaders.
