It comes with the model itself (being fully customizable in Level-of-detail by the Blender subsurf modifier), the textures and also exported .obj and .3ds model files, providing four premade Level-of-detail steps.
The advanced Blender material settings are highly tweaked to get the most out of the high resolution diffuse and seam textures, so you just have to import the model, render your scene, thats it!
To get the very best quality please use the native .blend file.
