This is a high detailed 3d model of a sci fi futuristic city! made in 3dmax and rendered with mental ray! All maps and textures are included , all building textures are unwrapped (see example in the preview images). This model renders really fast and the textures and materials are easy to adjust or change. most of the textures are 6000px on 6000px ~ THERE ARE 2 VERSIONS of this model, daytime & sunset. all textures have an illumination map so if the sun goes down you see the lights in the windows at "night"
