This is a HIGHLY accurate model of the Seattle Ferry terminal platform. It is accurate to within about 1 meter. It has template buildings in place for all the major structures and the proper elevation changes for the dock/loading ramps. It imports readily to Unity and is low enough poly count to run a mesh colider with it so you don't HAVE to make your own. You can decide if that's efficient enough for your game or not.
