The fluorescent Bubbles inside the Syringe are a Mesh, too, NOT a Shader-Effect; they are surrounded by another liquid that can be edited independent from the Bubbles. On the Outside of both there is the Glass Cylinder of the Syringe. Attention: Many (reflecting and transparent) Materials of the Scene are assembled in Cinema4D; in your 3D-Package it might look not exactly as shown in the presentation Images!
