3d model of Times Square District. Includes the areas around important buildings and areas which: Cond Nast ,One and 7 Times Square,Thomson Reuters, Paramount building etc... The city including even the skyscrapers newly built.And the buildings of new construction are updated to 2014 No building is flat on the top, even small buildings have the typical ridges on the roofs.The sidewalk corners are all rounded like in reality. All buildings are located and are scaled based satellite images.Each building,have height and shapes exact as original. The rendering is setup in Vray. Only in the 3ds max version,VRay lighting and setup file also included. I also included a non-illuminated 3DsMax version with standard materials,(if you do not use Vray) No 3rd party plugin needed. Real world scale.
