This is a scene of a modern seating, the twist chair for interior visualisation purposes. This model is suitable for use in broadcast, high-res film close-ups, advertising, design visualization, forensic presentation, etc. You can obtain BOTH SCANLINE MAX2011 and V-Ray MAX 2011 scenes in two different files. DWG, DXF, OBJ and FBX files and 3DS files are also included ... All is modelled from the original photos of the product with real dimensions in cm. Model is built to real-world scale. All details have been fully modelled out. Chair object is grouped, layered and named architecturally correct to merge easily. Presentation images and turntable animation are from vray renderings except the ones after the wireframe images. They are from Default SCANLINE renderings. Each presentation image of model is as-is, no photoshop is used for post-process, the product is ready to render out-of-the-box satisfactorily. Only the two presentation images of the model in scene are edited with photoshop. For other formats, maps should be put in a folder of which path is determined by the 3d software. All is modelled from the original photos of the product. Colors of the shaders are easy to be adjusted. There is one huge map for the fabric material (textile.jpg 4096x4096px). The twist chair creates a cocoon like environment using a single loop.The chair is built from a twisted band which serves as the seat, backrest and a shelter for the sitter. The loop shape not only provides a variety of seating positions but also serves as a sound barrier,sheltering the user from the noise of their surrounding environment. this functionality was deliberate since the project was first developed for use in a library.the textile pattern is designed to emphasize the chair’s nest like qualities. The dimension are: 198 cm width, 74 cm depth, 236 cm height.
