PRODUCT ORIGIN This product was originally created for a TV commercial. The scene uses the DEFAULT SCANLINE RENDERER and STANDARD MAX MATERIALS. 2 EXTRA SETS ARE INCLUDED -- FOR A TOTAL OF 3 SETS. PRODUCT DETAILS This is a set of 16 BILLIARD BALLS. The set includes 15 "numbered" balls and 1 cue ball. WITH THE EXTRA MAPS, YOU GET A TOTAL OF 46 BILLIARD BALLS. The balls are modeled in inches, and are based on the U.S. standard billiard ball size. This size is 2.25 inches in diameter. The balls are instanced geospheres so the "resolution / density" of the ball models can be easily changed from Ultra-Low Poly to Ultra-High Poly...or anywhere between. The scene is setup so 1 click will change all the balls together. The previews were rendered with the geosphere"s segments set to only 8 and they still look good. They were also rendered using the DEFAULT SCANLINE RENDERER and only 2 lights. EACH FRAME TOOK 12 SECONDS TO RENDER AT 800x800 SURFACE DETAILS The scene includes all maps and materials. With this product you"ll receive 3 zip files with all the needed maps at a size of 1024. THAT"S 3 SETS OF 15 BALLS EACH!!!! 3DS Max Material Library is also included. The thumbnail previews were rendered using an HDRI as the environment for those nice reflections. For copyright reasons, the HDRI is not included. However, the file is FREE and available from Aversis. This file is not needed to use the scene, in fact you can use your own map for the spherical environment.
