The model completed in Cinema 4d ver r20 hence it will work the best in the same environment. The materials and lights supported only in Cinema 4d.
Also, I have rigged numbers circles so if you would need to animate the rotation all you have to do is to adjust the sliders on the Controler Null. You could see them in the screenshot images above.
In the zip there are also pictures of the numbers.
