PRODUCT ORIGIN This product was modeled with precision and was created in 'REAL-WORLD' scale. The model features the beloved "Brilliant Round Cut" diamond. PRODUCT DETAILS Two DIAMOND models are included in this product. Both are editable poly objects. The difference between the two models is that "Version B" has longer facets in the diamond's pavilion region. This is a BONUS. The model was created in 3DS Max and no conversion has taken place, this is a TRULY NATIVE file. SURFACE OPTIONS The main product files ARE SET UP AND READY TO GO FOR VRAY. The non-native files like 3DS, FBX, OBJ do not include materials. This product comes with 2 (two) different VRay materials for the diamond. One of the materials is labeled as "HR" and it is higher quality for really demanding shots. This additional bonus material will cause longer render times. The reflective VRay material for the background/cyc is also included. SPECIAL BONUS This product also comes with a basic cyc model and studio lighting setup that can be used to render other objects with high quality results. Simply import your objects and render with nice studio lighting. Very useful!!! NOTE Some of the sample renders made use of HDRI maps for some reflections. Those HDRI images are not included because of copyright issues. However, you can simply add an HDRI from your collection to the 'environment' slot in the VRay render options. If you do not have any HDRIs, there are many for sale here on TurboSquid. Also, the rendered frames aren't even taking advantage of VRay's caustic enhancements and they still look beautiful. Imagine the stunning results that can be achieved if caustics are used.
