Rigged cel shaded dog. I used the release 13 rig so there are a few things that could be updated for r14.
Some Rig help:
Eyes and tongue are under Head_Con+ in the heirarchy
Main tongue null is the black pyramid control next to the mouth as well
Find R_Ear_Null and L_Ear_Null for ear controls
The dog mesh also has some pose morphs on it.
