This model is designed to work with all types of softwares and engines ... in this case I had particular regard to UE4 (not always very simple when the FBX do not bring materials already assembled inside the engine ... but there is no problem I thought about writing a little guide with a few simple steps to get everything ready in 5 minutes!).
The model comes with a lot of texture maps, it is unwrapped not overlapped.
