Added file for 3dsmax 2013 version, OBJ, FBX. ATTENTION! Format .OBJ do not support VRay material and saved in standard grayscale material. Scene do not include HDRI map wich I use to environment. The total number of polygons in scene 26724. Total vertices- 26704. Total polygon of lowpoly 1572. All polygon quads. No rats, no artefacts. For VRay render I recommend use Color Mapping Reinhard with gamma -1.0, multiplier -0.75, burn value -0.3. You can use this model to visualize interiors and games.
