Calles Modulares y Túnel modelo 3d

A set of game ready modular streets to build the foundation of a city. They can be used to very quickly build your own pattern of roads. Each piece is a perfect square and snaps to other pieces for any arrangement. Kit includes 8 pieces. 3 different size city blocks to fill inside the streets, 1 strait street, 1 curved street, 1 4-way intersection, 1 T_section street, and a tunnel that fits on the same grid. All materials have diffuse and normal. Lightmaps are built in the second UV channel for all meshes. Everything was rendered in UE4 with lighting built. There are 3 total materials for everything. Textures are 2k and 4k.
