Tower initially designed to accommodate for vertical and high density learning environment for architectural students in the city of Dubai. The way of achieving this is by subdividing the tower into juxtaposed learning compartments that gradually increase in size as we move higher from the ground. More elevated compartments are larger and correspond to a higher academic level. The typology of the tower is a free-plan with core and exoskeleton. The model includes the tower geometry organized into architectural layers, and the contextual skyscrapers featuring in the presentation images.
