The model is hundreds of individual pieces not grouped or linked in to coherent assemblies. So, there is no way to manipulate the overall model unless you feel like subgrouping then grouping them a few at a time.They also WAY out of position (In odd places and angles) in EVERY 3D program I used and for every format.. In addition, there is some giant goofy curved ground-plane embedded. This should have been a free model because it has a LOT of work to be done to it before asking people to pay for it.
