Its meant to be used for interior scenes.
Most textures are made from my own photos and most of them are processed to be tileable.
Both max and blend versions are textured and simple materials are applied.
The floor and gate are grouped, so you can basically change the internal height of the warehouse at will. See thumbnails for illustration.
