La description
This is a great model for any city or interior shot. Included with the building are walls that create nice apartment or office rooms. No interior furnishings are included with the building, however, they would be easy to add. Finally, the only file format that has materials is the .blend. All other formats (except for the .stl) have placeholder materials that you can easily modify for your rendering engine.
