This is a scene of a modern AUTO PLAZA for exterior and interior visualisation purposes. It is architecturally functionally designed yet in modern and minimal way. It is designed/created with 3ds Max 2015 from 2D DWG files.(not included) This model is suitable for use in broadcast, high-res film close-up, advertising, design visualization, forensic presentation, etc. This product includes 3ds Max version with Mray (with default scanline standard materials and default standard lights and a MRAY sun.) The logo 'SSS3D AUTO PLAZA' at the main vehicle entrance of the model is alterable in MAX versions. Renderer is shown as V-Ray and MRay. All preview images are rendered with V-Ray renderer and Mray.Still images are all organised as triplets. First two images of each triplet is from Mray, third is from V-ray. Photoshop usage for post-process is applied in the presentational renderings.Second MRay images of each couple and wireframe images show the real content in this package. 1 daylight system with hires sky map and several omni lights or vray lights and 12 cameras are included in the both MRay and V-Ray MAX files. There are 308 realistic objects in the scene. The objects and the group and layers are named architecturally (for merging parts to other files or search in file etc.) Texture files are archieved within MAX file by using WinRar software. Model is built to real-world scale. Units used: Centimeters. Overall building is 112,40 meters long, 100,01 meters wide and 13,41 meters high (with basement floor). The ceiling height is 450cm at basement, 400cm at ground floor, 280cm at first floor. No plugin is REQUIRED in order to use the Mray version of MAX files. All details have been fully modeled out. Hires sky map is included. Vehicles and vegetation are NOT included.
