It's a high detailed photoreal movie camera, Blackmagic Pocket Cinema Camera with Olympus 17mm F1.2 Lens.
You can use 3ds Max for rendering with V-Ray.
You can also use 3DM or SAT for Nurbs modeler like Rhino.
Pivots of all objects are aligned with the world origin(0,0,0).
In MAX file, all objects have hierarchy structure and dummy ojbects are included.
