A street building from the 1960´s, made of concrete, bricks and plaster. The model can easily been duplicated with good results.

The facade is completely ready for use in visualization and is ideal for close ups. Just put the model in your scene and render.

The native file is Max 2016 and the rendering is made in mental ray, with 1 mr Area Spot and 1 mr Area Omni.

The model has real-world scale and is centered at 0, 0, 0, (the facade is 13,6 x 13,6 meters).
