Maison de bande dessinée modèle 3D

Cartoon House This is a 3D model of a cartoon looking house with UV maps and textures. Model is semi-detailed, it doesn't need and subdivisions but might be too heavy for games. There are three parts of the model, deck+balcony, house and roof. Each has own high resolution textures (2048x2048): color+normal+AO+specular. Doors and windows are integrated with the rest of the model but shouldn't be a problem to separate them if you want to use the open doors. Native format is Blender and it has all the materials set up and textures packed. Other formats, collada.dae, .obj, .3ds come with downloadable textures. Blender file and .obj fine have quads and ngons on some faces (visible in wireframe preview) which can be easily transfered to triangles or quads. Other files use triangles and quads. Enjoy
