La description
A model made to resemble a real life tenement house. Materials made with the usage of layers so it is easy to turn off the dirt. Model is fairly detailed with high resolution maps attached (up to 6000x6000px). Separate object as window filler. Basic interior boxes, so one can emulate interior lighting if needed, simplyfied back facade and mapped roof. Sufficient even for close and mid-range usage. Fbx file attached with no materials.
