Model was builded in real world scale on metric unit system. Model is fully textured with all materials applied. Added wood texture too. Dosn`t have any N-gons for correct smoothing (Turbosmooth, Meshsmooth) Textures and materials are included im both format. No cleaning up necessary just drop your models into the scene and start rendering. No special plugin needed to open scene.
