Such kind of radar towers were constructed in USSR and Warsaw Pact countries for SA-2, SA-5 anti-aircraft sites. It allow enhance range of target acquisition and fire control radars in low-land conditions.
This asset represent a radar tower for SA-5 site with Square Pair (K-1B) target acquisition and fire control radar on the top and its control cabin K-2B and diesel generator underneath.
