La description
High rise, industrial, skyscraper NYC building. This building can be used to populate your cities or stand alone. Normal, roughness, and base color maps were used to texture the building with the exception of the windows which are its own reflective material that is bound to look nice in renders. The signs, beams, and glass are complete with surface imperfections to give a more realistic look. Windows of the building were hand-modeled giving them greater depth and realism. Most of the building has a Mirror modifier so, to make it all into one mesh hit apply on the modifier.
