La description
Mythical animals are popular from West Chou Dynasty through Han Dynasty. With single horn or dual horns, most mythical animals are seen with feather wings and are called flying divine animals. The artifact is made of Hotan jade with green white color.
(This is a jade carving from 221 to 263 AD from China, but it looks exactly like a Triceratops.)
