High quality Las Vegas sign model, consisting of 19,616 vertices, and a single material ID. The model is unwrapped (UVW) and has a secondary "Lightmap" UV channel, includes an "Emissive map" as well as two sets of 4k resolution textures, for each PBR shader type (metallic/roughness & gloss/smoothness).
