Update 2016-02-08 In version 1.2 of the zip two optional shader textures are provided in the "Optional_shaders_items" folder. Just consider them as a small bonus. No edits have been made to the model and original textures. The model is not tiled, but it's possible to get a good setup despite that. MDLs, VTFs and VMT are in the package as well. Also you have SMDs and QC files so you can recompile the model easily.
