This is REALLY good, the only thing that is is that Lightwave is very inconvenient for games, and other 3d software. And Lightwave only exports .lwo files, which you can't use out side of Lightwave. So in my opinion I think you should invest in Blender because it is becoming an industry standard more and more as time goes on (and its open-source/free). I believe the paid Lightwave is about $1k(thats assuming you get a copy legally but hey, thats none of my business ). Just a suggestion, but still, that is a pretty good model.
