A modern swimming pool complete with a ladder, steps, and a diving board. Feel free to edit and modify as you please, all of the components are still separate and completely editable. On the other hand, this model is ready to be merged with any other scene or design. There are no excess shapes, cameras, or lights to worry about.
**All of the materials used for the above renders are mental ray materials that came with 3ds max 2011.**
You can very easily apply your own materials to the project however, as all the sections are apart and separate.
