A full subdivision model of an early 1920's mini duplex. Great for a row of small apartments in your scenes, or for a small double sidewalk business.
A full turntable model with detailed roof, sides, and Alley.
394 individual parts with windows and door grouped with pivots to open and close etc. All parts named for easy identification.
Scaled and named to merge with all Main Street USA [MSUS] series models I offer.
NOTE:
The FBX,and OBJ formats are ONLY saved as the base mesh [LOW-REZ], so you can add your own subdivision from the program you import the file into.
