NYC buildings modeled in Maya 2017, comes with Vray and Mental Ray versions.
Textures range from 4K to 512.
NO HDR BACKGROUND MAP INCLUDED
Small buildings to fill gaps in a city block between larger buildings.
Files are well organized and geometry named accordingly.
Topology is mostly quads, clean and optimized for faster renders.
Some Remap-HSV Maya nodes are used in this scene to desaturate the original color map to be used as Specular
