La description
Modeled in 3dsmax.
The mesh is mostly quads with some tris.
The holes in the wheels are cut by boolean, but I have cleaned up the mesh as good as possible.
The exchange formats are without meshsmooth (subdivision) applied.
Diameter of one wheel is set to about 600mm.
The rope is with the path modifier, so you can change its shape if you like.
