Old Garage - a four sided wooden vehicle garage/autoshop with a tin roof. 5 windows and 2 open entrances. Textured in a wood and tin theme with appropriate advertisements placed on and in the struture. Comes with a modelled and textured interior and exterior. ------------------------------------------ Maya format supplied as individual objects all grouped and on display layers. ------------------------------------------ Dimensions at widest points (Maya sourced as cm units): 255 x 173 x 285 (xyz) ------------------------------------------ Includes protruding signs, overhead light & wall beams. No cameras/lighting in supplied scene. Includes model only as in main image (desert scene for example purposes only). ------------------------------------------ Native Maya format comes with ASCII and binary formats produced using Maya 2014 and Maya 2016 Extn 2/SP2. Applicable version(s) tested with Maya 2014, 2015, 2016, 2016.5, 2017 and 2018. All standard Maya materials (good for all standard issue Maya renderers incl. mental ray). FBX format includes both ASCII and binary. All formats import tested (where applicable) on Maya 2014 up to 2018, 3DS Max 2016 and Blender 2.7a Check the Readme.txt supplied with each version for any further details. ------------------------------------------ UV's are unwrapped/Mudbox happy - overlaps do exist for duplicate geometry (wooden beams/windows) - walls (interior and exterior) do not overlap. Comes with 8K diffuse, normal and specular PNG's in with all formats - so recommend only downloading the version(s) you need - or removing duplicate textures if space is an issue. Textures can be easily scaled down/re-applied to 4K if needed. Formats (specifically FBX and OBJ) *may*, in some circumstances, require materials and/or textures to be reassigned depending on your setup/use.
